Welcome to our Ridgeway website. We offer unique products, great service, excellent quality and fair prices. Thank you for your business.


TERMS: Out-of-Stock items will be placed on back order unless you specify otherwise. Upon receipt of an order we ship by date and by the order in which the orders are taken. We ship C.O.D., company check or you may use any major credit card to pay.


3% Courtesy Fee: If paying by credit card at time of order, we waive our courtesy fee. (You must pay at time of order or within 10 days of invoice date or there is a 3% courtesy fee.) ie: If you pay at net 30 with a credit card, you will be charged the courtesy fee.

Checks/electronic payment: Any returned check or electronic payment is subject to a $40 returned check fee. Net 30 terms may be available after the initial order if references and a credit history are provided and prove satisfactory. Please note that shipping costs include: handling, insurance, postage, boxes and packaging materials.


SHIPPING: UPS is our major carrier at this time. Parcel Post and Priority Mail are available to Alaska and other locations upon request, as is Federal Express and Fedex Ground. There are additional options available for international orders. Each time you order please include your business name, street address and/or post office box, city, state, zip code, phone number and the name of your contact person in order to speed up the shipping process.


Due to the instability of material costs we reserve the right to change prices without notification.


If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Ridgeway within 15 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise.


We do not sell on consignment or guaranteed sales. An order or items shipped and refused or returned, will incur a 25% restock fee, as well as shipping and handling charges.


CONDITIONS: Please read all conditions. If conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 25%.


All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material and any accessories.

We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

Slight color or slight design changes are not a defect. Suppliers sometimes change colors and is beyond our control.


No Return/Exchange on the following:


Name dropped (text added) or specialty items (including items with designs/images on them) unless defective.


REFUNDS & CREDITS: If you need to return an item please call for a Return authorization #. Items may be refused otherwise. Refunds on returned items will be issued if merchandise is a manufacturing defect. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account.


Finally, we try to ship your order as fast as we possibly can and we greatly appreciate your business. However, please realize that our peak season is March through July as many businesses are seasonal, so the pace is furious and we do our best to get your order out ASAP. Your patience is appreciated with this.
